1) Where is my order?
With our new standard of shipping, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
The approximate timelines are:
U.K. – 3-5 working days, (most likely delivers within 3 days)
Europe- 5-7 working days
Rest of the world – could take up to 2 weeks
As we currently use royal mail, these are the standard shipping timelines
We would provide tracking information via email once your parcel has been dispatched, for some reason if you do not receive one, please contact us using the contact us form on the website, to get your tracking information, once tracking information is provided we do not take responsibility of the order
2) Can I make a change to my order after I made a purchase?
Currently we are not able to alter any orders once placed, we cannot cancel or add products to the order
To order more items you would need to re-order them, we do have a notes section at the checkout for customers to add notes to their order, if doable we would adher to the notes.
3) Can I return or exchange my order?
At this moment we do not offer a refund unless its an error made by us and its not replaceable. Before a refund is offered, we would look to replace the item.
If you would like to return or exchange get in contact with us using the form on our website, returns and exchange can take up to 30 days.
If a refund is offered we would deduct a £5 restock fee.
For any exchange or return the customer is liable to pay for the shipping charges.
For international returns also the customer is to pay for the shipping charges.
If a exchange is accepted please put a note inside the order stating the following:

Reason of exchange

Name of items and sizes required
4) How can I find the right size for me?

Although the above table is an indication, our sizes are made to switch between sizes for example, a Large may look flattering on a UK 8 / 10, in any design. So if your size is not available, size up, would be our advice to you!
5) If I wash the dresses will the colour bleed?
We do have a page, explaining how to care for your dresses, take a look!
But yes we have ensured that you can wash the dresses without colour bleeds, however please read the instructions on our ‘caring for your Zaus dresses’ page
